圆锥破碎机偏心套其内部安装有采用螺钉固定的高铅青铜衬套;下部通过螺栓安装有大锥齿轮和止推轴承,其中上止推轴承为锻钢件,下止推轴承为高铅青铜件;另外,在偏心轴套上还装有利用螺栓固定的配重组件,其内部灌铅并安装了耐磨保护衬板。

磨损原因

轴颈和偏心段轴颈严重磨损,轴线弯曲过大和疲劳断裂,都会造成偏心轴的磨损;采用滑动轴承的破碎机容易出现偏心轴磨损问题;锥套与偏心轴配合面的接触面积小于80%,就容易造成锥套在偏心轴上松动。一旦松动,偏心轴外圆及锥套内孔同时磨损。

修复方法

磨损的轴颈车光:在保证设计表面粗糙度的前提下,采用最小的加工量加工,然后以加工好的轴颈尺寸及其偏差为基准,按原设计的配合性能配制轴承。
轴颈镶套:将磨损的轴颈车光,另外做一个钢套。红星重工提醒用户钢套的内孔与轴颈应是过盈配合,外径按原设计尺寸与公差加工。同时还要注意的是钢套应热装到轴颈上。
堆焊轴颈表面:使用手工电弧焊堆焊轴颈表面,然后进行切削加工,以达到原设计的轴颈尺寸及偏差。并保证偏心轴不产生弯曲变形。在补焊时,应注意选择理焊条品种,最小最佳的堆焊电流,焊条直径尽量要小,并对称循环堆焊。堆焊时必须注意避免局部过热等,以防变形,加工时应注意合理地选择定心基准,以保持装配后的运转精度。

Hardfacing neck surface: manual arc welding is used to overlay the surface of the journal and then machined to achieve the original design of the journal size and deviation. And ensure that the eccentric shaft does not produce bending deformation. When repairing welding, we should pay attention to selecting the type of welding rod, minimum optimum welding current, minimum welding rod diameter, and symmetrical surfacing. When overlaying, attention must be paid to avoid local overheating to prevent deformation. During processing, attention should be paid to choosing the centering standard reasonably so as to maintain the accuracy of the operation after assembly.
